Leasing
Pegasus is very unique in that there are 4 to 6 equestrian centers within the Pegasus Equestrian complex. The trainer who has a desire to manage their own business has that opportunity at Pegasus. There are 3 main options:
First Option The trainer would enter into a 12 month lease agreement with Pegasus Enterprises, LLC. The lease encompasses the following:
- 16 Stall barn with first right refusal option of the adjacent 6 stall shed row
- Two dedicated turnouts
- Two tack rooms
- Lockers
- Five cross ties
- Two wash racks
- Office
- Outside Arena
The trainer would be responsible for feeding, shavings and stall cleaning as well as grooming. Pegasus is responsible for facility and arena maintainance as well as water supply and electrical costs.

Second Option The Trainer would enter into a 12 month lease agreement with Pegasus Enterprises, LLC. The lease encompasses the following:
- 8 stalls in 16 stall barn and or 6 stall shed row.
- Two shared turnouts
- One Tack room
- Lockers
- 2 cross ties
- Two shared wash racks
- Shared outside Arena
- Office
The trainer would be responsible for feeding, shavings and stall cleaning as well as grooming. Pegasus is responsible for facility and arena maintainance as well as water supply and electrical costs
Third Option The trainer's clients would enter into a monthly boarding agreement directly with Pegasus Enterprises, LLC. Pegasus would be responsible for feeding, shavings and stall cleaning in addition to the facility and arena maintenance as well as water supply and electrical costs.
This arrangement includes:
- Shared barn facilities
- Shared wash racks and crossties
- Shared arenas
- Office at extra charge
These options provide the beginning Trainer and the seasoned Professional Trainer the opportunity to establish and manage their own business and client relationships.
